OPERATING INSTRUCTIONS

Open the jaws to suit the anchor point

Pass the webbing around a secure anchor point

Pass the loose end of the webbing through the slot in the ratchet handle axle

Tighten the webbing using the ratchet handle until the clamping jaws are secure

Fit a hose to one end of the water tube

Fit a nozzle to the other end of the hose tube. Set the direction of the nozzle and lock the ball joint

Pull the release lever against the ratchet

Move the handle until it is parallel with the ratchet frame and pull the webbing free
